We believe in communication and will contact you immediately should there be any problems. We will not charge you for any items until they are on their way. Your satisfaction is our goal.

YOUR ORDER

Our secure shopping cart is very straight forward. If for any reason you are having difficulty placing you order, please contact us Monday through Saturday 10:30 am - 6:00 pm PST to place your order. If you call before or after these hours and get our voice mail, please feel confident to leave your order along with your contact info, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, shipping address and email address (if you have one). We will always follow up with a confirmation telephone call.

When you place an order with our secure shopping cart, you will see a total and you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. 

A confirmation can fail to deliver if you typed in your email address incorrectly or if the confirmation email is blocked by your email provider. If you have not received the confirmation, please contact us. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of placing your order, please contact us.

SALES TAX

All orders are subject to California sales tax.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS

If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will back order them. We will contact you via email to confirm that you are still interested in receiving/sending the items.

RETURN POLICY

Please contact us within 5 days upon the arrival of your order to report damages, shortages or any other discrepancy. We offer a full money back return policy (less shipping and handling costs) or exchange when merchandise is returned in original condition within 14 days.

All body care and soaps must be returned in original undamaged and un-opened condition and packaging for re-sale. Do not open, break seals or alter any part of the product or its packaging if you plan to return it.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped UPS ground, Fed Ex ground or USPS Priority Mail for delivery around the world from our retail location in Southern California. Standard delivery time is between 3-7 business days. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses can take 10 plus days
for delivery. Each order you place can be mailed to one address only. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Please provide a street address for shipping as Fed Ex and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If you can only provide a P.O. Box, please note your order may take longer to ship as it will go via United States Postal Service.

In the event the carrier cannot deliver your package because of incorrect address information given to us with your order, ERBA has the right to charge your credit card for necessary reshipping fees.
